Babies, babies, babies

We had so much fun cuddling babies on our visit. In fact, out of the 600 photos I took, I am sure 1/3 of them are probably of gorgeous children!  Colin even texted once to check if I wasn't going to sneak any home in my suitcase!!

One morning at the Mary's Meals kitchen, there was a cute baby there wearing little pink booties and a hat.  Mary's neighbour had given her some lovely knitted sweaters to take to Malawi so Mary's headed off to get one from the car.  While away, through a teacher translator, I made some small chat with the Mum and asked the name of her child. FRANK!!  Mary came back with the lovely pink sweater and before we knew it, Frank was stripped down to his pink t-shirt and his new jumper was put on.  It was even funnier the next morning when 6 babies appeared with their volunteer mothers!! We only had 3 jumpers left so had to rank the babies in age to see who would get them!  The others were given some toothbrushes that we had with us.
.....and the gogeous baby Frank!!
