While at the CWI, we were told of this wonderful little place down the road that served food and had some crafts.  We headed there one day after work and it was brilliant.  Run by an American woman Tamara, the centre offers a selection of high quality crafts as well as delicious food.  We were amazed at the size of the cakes on offer and before the week was out, we had visited three times!  We also purchased some lovely craft work there including batik bags, table runner and very high quality wood carvings.  http://chifundoartisansnetwork-balakamalawi.blogspot.com/
